Life can throw up some tough challenges. Some of the time we can work with these, and sometimes our personal resources can feel a bit low, and we need support. You may feel that you are not fulfilling your potential in some way or that you are not leading the life you wish to.

I offer a safe, neutral and confidential space to support you as a trained professional. I can help you think through issues that you are finding difficult, including relationships, in a safe neutral space. My consulting room is quiet and bright.

I can work with you side by side with any difficult or painful thoughts, feelings, beliefs and behaviours. We will work confidentially and with care and respect for all your experiences, whatever they are. Counselling or therapy is a private, neutral space that provides a different kind of professional support to that of families and friends.
